Since the start of his career, Tom has worked on several major transactions for clients including JP Morgan, Blackstone, UBS, Cornerstone (now Barings), The DSF Group, Clarion, AEW, The Related Companies, Deutsche Bank/RREEF, Equity Residential, National Development, Charles River Realty Investors, Alexandria, Samuels & Associates, Atlantic Management, Taurus Investment Holdings, CenterBridge, The Matteson Cos. and many more.
Additionally, Tom and his team work with private and institutional land owners in Greater Boston on the disposition of development sites, which since 2018 have exceeded 10 million FAR SF and $2 billion in aggregate land value.
