About

Thomas Gorman, Jr. joined Houlihan Lawrence Commercial in 2025 as a Director, bringing nearly a decade of industry experience. He is actively involved in commercial transactions throughout the Metro New York area, with a strong focus on the multi-family sector. Tom takes an advisory approach to his work, tailoring his process to each client’s specific needs to ensure strategic, value-driven outcomes. Before joining Houlihan Lawrence, Tom played a key role in shaping some of the aggressive benchmarks seen in today’s Metro NY middle-market multi-family space. Over the course of his first ten years in the industry, he was recognized as a 30 Under 30 honoree and contributed to over $1 billion in broker opinions of value (BOVs) and more than $300 million in closed transaction volume. Outside of work, Tom is an avid traveler who has visited over three dozen states and three dozen countries. He enjoys staying active through weightlifting and hiking, and he's a passionate supporter of the New York Mets and New York Giants. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and an MBA from Manhattan University.
