Thomas Finnegan is focused on the sales of single-tenant net-leased properties as well as multi-tenant centers in the Mid-Atlantic region of the country and where client relationships take him. His goal is to provide his client's with the highest level of quality representation, professionalism, integrity and execution through expertise and specialization in all aspects of the sales process.
Tom joined CBRE in August of 2016, where he focused mainly on research efforts and client relations for the Mid-Atlantic net-lease property team. He was quickly promoted to a Sales Associate in early 2017. Throughout his career at CBRE Tom has already participated in transactions equaling more than $68 million dollars of commercial real estate.
Tom is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University where he double majored and received degrees in both Finance and Risk Management & Insurance from the Haub School of Business. While at Saint Joseph’s, Tom served as Vice President of the school’s Real Estate Society.
