Thomas Brennan is a licensed real estate salesperson at Marcus & Millichap’s Brooklyn office. He is a member of Nowak and Partners, specializing in the sale of commercial real estate and industrial development in Brooklyn and Queens. Mr. Brennan’s area of expertise is eastern Brooklyn, particularly East New York, Brownsville and Canarsie. In the spring of 2016, his team put a warehouse in East New York’s Industrial Business Zone into contract at over $240 per square foot, setting a historical price record for the area.
Mr. Brennan brings five years of real estate experience with him to Marcus & Millichap, closing over 35 residential transactions in 2015. He is particularly skilled at tailoring his marketing solutions to the client’s needs and goals. Alongside his product and market expertise, this versatility allows Mr. Brennan to maintain long-term client relationships while navigating the Brooklyn industrial real estate market.
Mr. Brennan is a New Jersey native who is fascinated with New York City’s history and changing landscapes. In his spare time he enjoys the great outdoors and spending time with his family.
