About
As a managing director in Newmark’s Houston office, Thomas Alleman is primarily responsible for managing all aspects of the transaction process, from valuation to marketing and finally client contact. Thomas has underwritten more than $12 billion in multifamily investments since joining the firm in 2010.
Prior to Newmark, Thomas worked as an analyst for Moody National Securities, where he assisted in raising capital for Moody National REIT I.
Thomas and his wife, Lindsay, have a daughter, Hannah, and are active members of Houston’s First Baptist Church, where they serve as Sunday school youth directors.
Thomas earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
