Terry has been with Sheldon Gross Realty, Inc. for over forty years. She is responsible for financial services provided to SGR property management clients which include budget forecasts, mortgage procurement, energy cost consultation and all reporting services. In addition, her property management portfolio includes apartment complexes and condo associations. She also is responsible for the financial and operational support for day-to-day operations of Sheldon Gross Realty. She is an associate member of IREM, the Institute of Real Estate Management. Terry enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking and outdoor activities. She is an active volunteer and has worked to support Toys for Tots, Heal the Children and Project Linus.
