Theo Jolley is a multifamily specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Richmond office. As an Investment Sales Associate, he exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout Southern and Central Virginia. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Theo was a consultant developing strategies for some of the largest international Commercial Real Estate and Hospitality companies. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech, where he earned his degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Today, Theo advises and assists private investors in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets. Theo provides his clients with access to the largest pool of qualified investors enabling a competitive bidding environment upon asset disposition. Theo’s background in Systems Engineering and experience in Management Consulting enable him to serve as a trusted and effective advisor for his clients.
