About
Thalia Tovar, Associate – Loan Administration, is an experienced commercial real estate, client services, transaction and project management professional. She also has a background in residential transactions, manufactured/mobile home transactions and investments, real estate lending and underwriting. At Talonvest Capital, she is responsible for communications, project management and the due diligence of each transaction specializing in self-storage and commercial properties in capital markets throughout the U.S.
In 2010, Ms. Tovar began her career administrating key operational functions for a large-scale electronics company, where an opportunity to show brokers the firm’s industrial space prior to its sale inspired her to attain a California real estate license. Once licensed, she provided transaction and marketing support for top executive brokers assisting public corporations and private companies throughout the U.S. specializing in industrial/office/R&D Corporate Headquarter properties. Ms. Tovar is bilingual in English and Spanish, and received specialized training from Cypress College, where she studied business and computer information systems.
