Terry Reiley is an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Tysons, Virginia office. He specializes in negotiating large, complex, high profile transactions on behalf of his Landlord clients. His main areas on Concentration are the Dulles Corridor (Reston and Herndon), Tysons and the R-B Corridor. During his career, which spans five decades, Mr. Reiley has participated in over 1,500 commercial leasing and sales transactions totaling over 21 million square feet and with an aggregate transaction value over $4.5 billion. Mr. Reiley is a graduate of the College of William and Mary, and a native of Reston, Virginia. In 1989, he joined CBRE as his very first job out of college.
