About

Teddy is a Senior Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and leads the Dallas branch of the National Student Housing Capital Markets business. She joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has eight years of experience in commercial real estate finance and property sales. Teddy specializes in the capitalization of student housing real estate throughout the United States. During her career, she has been involved in more than $5.2 billion of real estate financing and asset sales on behalf of major corporate, institutional, and private owners. Prior to joining HFF, she worked at Marcus & Millichap as an Associate with a focus on Texas student housing. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
