As a Principal for Avison Young's Brokerage team, Ted is responsible for assisting in tenant advisory and consulting services for businesses and organizations, specializing in the healthcare industry. Ted understands the dynamic needs of today’s office and healthcare occupiers and provides a wide range of services which include strategic planning, sales and leasing, consultation on site selection, and property acquisition/disposal. In an industry that requires a unique skill set, Ted serves his clients by providing strategic solutions and extensive market knowledge. A 22-year industry veteran in commercial real estate, Green has held similar positions at CBRE and Colliers, most recently serving as a senior vice president focusing on office and healthcare occupiers. Ted earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University, Olin School of Business and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Missouri and Illinois. Outside the office, Teddy enjoys spending time with his three children, wife Gayle, and two labs, Fly-fishing and playing golf.
