Taylor Watson is a Senior Associate with CBRE and specializes in representing owners, occupiers, investors and developers from Downtown Los Angeles West through the heart of Silicon Beach.
Taylor began his tenure at CBRE as an office analyst in Century City where he was responsible for overseeing the consolidation and dispersion of market intelligence through industry-leading reporting and visionary analytics. He then moved to CBRE’s Global Headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles, where he played an instrumental role in leasing over a quarter million square feet of office product in the DTLA core over a 12-month span.
In early 2016, Taylor joined CBRE’s Urban Group with in-depth experience in office leasing and investment sales. He prides himself on finding creative solutions to each of his clients’ unique requirements and is now actively involved in the leasing of over 2.9 million square feet of office space throughout the Los Angeles basin. He represents two of the most prominent private commercial ownership groups in Los Angeles: Onni Group and Mani Brothers Real Estate.
