Taylor Sims is managing director in Northmarq’s Las Vegas Investment Sales office. He joined Northmarq in 2023 and specializes in representing investors and landowners in property acquisitions and dispositions. Taylor works exclusively in the multifamily market segment of the Las Vegas metropolitan statistical area. Before joining Northmarq, Taylor led Cushman & Wakefield’s Las Vegas Multifamily Advisory Group for eight years. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Taylor spent four years as an associate at Berkadia. Taylor has historically been one of the most active multifamily brokers in Las Vegas. He has brokered some of the highest price-per-unit transactions in Las Vegas history, including the first sale to break the $400,000-per-unit barrier. Since 2021, he has brokered over $1.3 billion in sales volume on more than 5,000 units. Taylor is also a four-time winner of CoStar’s Power Broker Top Sales Broker award.
