Taylor Froland is a Senior Vice President at CBRE Affordable Housing, focusing on transaction sales and client service delivery. Since his beginnings with the company in 2014, Taylor has advanced his career from a Financial Analyst Intern to a Financial Analyst, and then moved to the advisory group as an Associate in 2017. As a Financial Analyst, he gained knowledge in the affordable housing industry by underwriting over 175 properties valuing a total of $2 billion. To date, he has contributed to the sales of over 250 transactions totaling over $5 billion in value.
