Tai Cohen joined the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in 2015, and has been directly involved in selling more than 75 multifamily assets representing over 15,000 units and $1 billion in sales volume. As a Managing Director in the Charleston office, his responsibilities include supporting all of the firm’s brokerage activities in South Carolina.
Tai previously worked for Marcus and Millichap in Atlanta, where he focused on in-town multifamily projects and earned recognition as Rookie of the Year in 2013. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in Marketing and minor in Spanish.
