Tade Bua-Bell is unlike other real estate agents in that she went directly from college into real estate. She has been in the real estate industry since 1991, including six years managing a real estate office of over 125 agents for the internationally recognized Coldwell Banker Real Estate. As a result of her experience in real estate sales, management, and training, Tade possesses a wealth of enthusiasm, technology skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and execute results-driven marketing strategies. She holds a REALTOR affiliation, is a member of NABOR (Naples Area Board of Realtors), and is a Broker Associate in both Pennsylvania and Florida. Tade is especially adept at guiding her clients through the real estate process. Upon her arrival in Naples, she joined forces with her mother, Estate Specialist Emily K. Bua, to form a dynamic team possessing a level of combined market knowledge, experience and commitment rarely witnessed in Naples' real estate circles.
