Sykes obtained his real estate license in his senior year of college and immediately began working at a full-service real estate firm, before moving over to Marcus & Millichap in 2021 to focus on office and industrial investment sales. He is a graduate of Haverford College in Philadelphia, where he completed an Interdisciplinary Physics and Economics major with a minor in global Asia. There, he played on the Men’s Soccer Team, was a member of the student art board and performed with both a comedy improv troupe and an a cappella singing group.
