With the incorporation of Greiner Maltz Investment Properties (GMIP), Swain Weiner joined the
Greiner-Maltz team in 2012. As President, Partner, and Founder of GMIP, Mr. Weiner specializes
in all varieties of commercial investment sales throughout Queens.
Mr. Weiner brings to Greiner-Maltz a wealth of sales experience and knowledge: over the past
several years alone, he has sold over $900,000,000 in aggregate sales.
Prior to joining Greiner-Maltz, Swain worked at Massey Knakal/Cushman Wakefield for ten
years, joining that firm in January 2003 as Director of Sales in Queens, Weiner successfully
applied his sales and corporate expertise to benefit his clients. In a short period of time, he
earned several sales recognition awards within the company: MK/CW’s Richard Marcinko
Award for Tenacity, Loyalty, and Single-Mindedness of Purpose in the Pursuit of Excellence;
the Nicholas T. Donovan Award for Business Development and Goodwill Promotion; and the
