Ms. Larkin is a member of CBRE Capital Markets Debt & Equity Hartford, Connecticut team, serving clients regionally and nationally. With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Susan has closed over $6 billion of transactions on a national basis.
Prior to joining CBRE Capital Markets office in Hartford, Susan spent over 7 years at HFF, LP. focused on debt originations working with institutional investors as well as privately held real estate companies on all property types. Susan also spent over 12 years working for the Konover organization where she was involved in acquisitions, dispositions and development projects as well as placing debt on the portfolio which included 9 million square feet of retail, 1 million square feet of office, 5,500 apartment units and 17 hotels. Susan also worked for several banks as a commercial real estate loan officer.
Susan is currently a member of the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA).
