Suhi joined the SHOP Companies Investment Sales team in August of 2024, focusing on retail investment sales, transaction coordination, and operational support for Tim Axilrod and Tommy Tucker’s accounts. Before joining SHOP, Suhi was as an Associate Director of Investments at Hoque Global, where she spent 4 ½ years specializing in ground-up development, acquisitions, due diligence, asset management, and underwriting. Her role allowed her to gain hands-on experience managing complex mixed-use projects and crafting investment strategies. Suhi holds a Bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University (SMU). She is an active member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and serves as the Young Guns Membership Engagement Chair. Outside of work, Suhi enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring the Dallas food scene, and traveling.
