About
At Northmarq, Sue is a managing director/senior vice president and provides financing solutions through our direct relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD/FHA, life insurance correspondents, CMBS lenders, debt funds and banks. While Sue’s expertise is in the multifamily lending business, she has financed all property types. Sue is focused on the Chicago and Midwest markets where she has financed well over $5 Billion representing over 500 properties, many of them three or four times.
Sue has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for 40 years. She joined Northmarq in 2006 as a multifamily expert, and has enjoyed success being in production and mentoring people in the industry, and supporting many women at Northmarq as well other related companies.
Sue is a graduate of University of Iowa (BBA Financial Economics) and DePaul University (MBA Finance). She is a licensed Real Estate Managing Broker in the State of Illinois. She serves as President of the Board of Directors of Highland Park Early Childhood Center and volunteers with several local charities.
