Stewart is a Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and co-leads the National Student Housing business. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has 11 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and property sales. Stewart specializes in the capitalization of multifamily and student housing real estate located throughout the United States.
Prior to joining HFF, Stewart interned with Taubman Centers as a Development Associate. Before that, he worked with Marcus & Millichap as an Associate and with Victor International as a Development and Financial Analyst. During his career. Stewart has been involved in more than $5.7 billion of real estate financing and asset sales on behalf of major corporate, institutional, and private owners.
