Steven Winters is a veteran in the retail and shopping center real estate industry with over three decades of experience. Prior to joining RIPCO, Winters worked at CBRE beginning in 2013, upon the acquisition of Fameco Real Estate, L.P., formerly New Jersey and Philadelphia’s premier retail brokerage firm. Steven joined Fameco in 2008 and was honored, along with two other industry veterans, to open Fameco’s northern New Jersey office. Prior to joining Fameco, Steven spent 17 years in the Retail Brokerage Division of The Schultz Organization (now Onyx Equities). He brings a wealth of experience from many disciplines including: landlord and tenant representation, investment and land sales, development layout and design expertise, and advisory services to retail and mixed-use property owners, developers and tenants.
