Steven Simantob began his career in October 2019 working for Bolour Associates. During his tenure with Bolour, he worked his way up the Lending Department, leading originations and placing over $100 million worth of commercial and residential debt. He joined Marquee Funding Group in April 2022. Steven earned his Masters in Real Estate Development while holding a Bachelor of Science in Regional Urban Development with a Minor in Business Administration from The University of Arizona.
