Steve Pollan is an Investment Sales, Finance and Retail Leasing Specialist at KSR. He joined KSR in 2014 after a 20+ year career in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking. Steve is also one of the co-founders of Sovereign Capital, KSR’s Debt platform company. Steve has served as CEO of Cadence Capital for over 10 years. Cadence is an investment banking and merchant banking firm that provides financial services to organizations throughout the world. Prior to Cadence, he was CEO of Atlas Capital Services, a small and mid-cap investment bank and Broker Dealer. In this role, Steve brought dozens of companies to the public market and has raised over $300M in equity for small/mid cap companies through PIPE financings and other various financial structures. This experience provided Steve with a strong finance foundation and allows him to fully understand all the moving parts of a real estate transaction and subsequently provide the best advisory to his clients.
