Steven Novit has a family legacy in the real estate that is longstanding; many family members were a part of the business, starting with Steven's great, great, great grandfather. Growing up in Chicago around the real estate industry allowed Steven to gain an appreciation for neighborhoods and developments around the city. Steven's great aunt owned and operated B. Nelson Realty and had business acquaintances around the city, including relationships with the owners of Jameson Realty. His aunt has been his role model and mentor since early childhood, and continues to be his biggest inspiration as her ambition and success has shown Steven what hard work can accomplish.
Continuing his family tradition, Steven became an expert on income property and the residential luxury market in neighborhoods throughout Chicagoland. His desire to be a part of the Jameson Sotheby's International Realty brand was inspired by the Company's energetic environment and reputation for excellence, which he found extremely motivational. After ten years working in property management, he made the transition to Broker Associate so that he could pursue his dream of helping clients find their dream home.
