Steve founded Swanson Development Group in 2006 and currently manages the operations of the firm. Steve focuses much of his efforts on investment acquisitions of retail and build-to-suit opportunities throughout the United States. Steve oversees and manages the day to day operations of the company. Prior to launching Swanson Development Group Mr. Swanson was a Vice President at SRS Real Estate Partners (formerly The Staubach Company), where he specialized in retail tenant representation. Steve provided strategic market planning, site selection, acquisition/disposition negotiation, due diligence and complete transaction management of over 100 real estate transactions. Steve’s comprehensive career in the real estate industry has provided him the opportunity to extend his talents into multiple facets of the business, giving him an extensive scope of knowledge in acquisition, leasing, development and construction.
