Steven Jenab joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2018 where he started his career in brokerage services. Since then, he has been involved in transactions with a total consideration of over $100 million in value and has developed a client-centric strategy with emphasis on building long-term relationships.
Steven’s first experience in the industry was in 2013 at Cassidy Turley Real Estate Services as a Broker Assistant. In 2016, he was an intern at South Bay Development Company gaining skills in real estate development, investment, financing, and property management. He participated in evaluating projects, generally over 100,000 SF in size, presented and analyzed such projects to match the needs of the client.
