Steven Buchwald is responsible for providing clients with commercial real estate capital markets financing solutions, including debt, mezzanine financing, preferred and joint venture equity and sponsor equity. Over his 18-year career, he has raised billions of dollars of capital across all asset classes. Prior to joining IPA, he was a managing director with Mission Capital Advisors and a senior associate of acquisitions at the Athena Group. Steven graduated from the Cornell University School of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science.
