Steve Trese is responsible for industrial leasing assignments and tenant representation throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth market, with a focus on Northwest Dallas, DFW Airport and North Fort Worth / Alliance submarkets. Steve draws upon his diversified experiences and education to find creative solutions to unique problems, and build long-term real estate value for our institutional and user clients, in a global/portfolio advisory role. Mr. Trese was hired by Trammell Crow Company in 2006 to lease the DFW Airport, Las Colinas, Metropolitan Addison, Lewisville, and Valwood submarkets in the DFW Industrial market, and has maintained these responsibilities under the CBRE flag, after CBRE’s acquisition of TCC. Prior to joining CBRE/TCC, Mr. Trese worked for TIG Real Estate Services specializing in bulk industrial and flex product landlord representation, project leasing and tenant representation, in the Northwest quadrant of Metro Dallas. In Steve’s career, he has totaled more than $975 million in transactional value.
