Steve Richel Steve Richel is a licensed real estate broker with extensive experience in the commercial brokerage arena. Steve spent five years with regional and national commercial real estate firm Weichert Commercial Brokerage, where he specialized in both sales and leasing assignments. Steve was named vice president in 2006 and earned President’s Club status in both 2006 and 2007. In 2007 Steve joined Grubb & Ellis Company, one of the leading commercial real estate firms in the world. He excelled in investment sales and landlord representation and tenant representation. Steve was nominated for Real Estate New Jersey magazine’s Top 40 Under 40 award in 2008.
