Steve joined the firm in 2018 and specializes in the sales and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties in Palm Beach County. Recognized as one of the County’s leading brokers for some 30 years, he has represented both owners and tenants in over 3 million square feet of transactions, valued in excess of $1 billion. Steve’s primary focus is on landlord and tenant representation. With his deep market experience, marketing and lease negotiation skills and extensive construction knowledge, Steve has built strong relationships with some of South Florida’s largest landlords and investors.
