Steve has been around real estate for most of life, from working with his dad at his Los Angeles area landscape maintenance business, to working for a Santa Barbara residential brokerage and a Chicagoland multifamily developer after graduating from UCSB. He has spent over a decade each serving as a municipal lawyer in Southern California to the city’s planning and building departments, and as a developer and advisor to charter and private schools. Steve consistently serves his clients and their varied real estate portfolios with an eye toward broad legal and development needs.
