Steven Kohn is the President of Cushman & Wakefield Equity, Debt & Structured Finance (“C&W EDSF”). He joined the company, previously known as Sonnenblick Goldman, in 1996 as a Principal and Managing Director, and became the company’s president in 2000. C&W EDSF arranges equity and debt financing for owners and developers of commercial real estate. Prior to joining Sonnenblick Goldman/Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Kohn was Vice President of Wexford Management LLC, a private equity fund. Before assuming his position at Wexford in 1994, Mr. Kohn was President of Trafalgar House Real Estate, Inc., the U.S. commercial real estate development subsidiary of Trafalgar House Plc, a multi-billion dollar conglomerate based in London. Mr. Kohn serves as a Trustee and Governor of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He also serves as Chairman of the ULI New York District Council and is a former Chair of the Urban Mixed Use Red Council of the ULI.
