As one of Hunneman’s seasoned principals with over 40 years experience, Steve represents landlords, as well as tenants of office, industrial, and R&D space. His team brings the depth and breadth of our company resources, delivering the highest level of service, producing results for clients. Steve has served on various Boards over the years including Outward Bound, Head of the Charles Regatta and the Commercial Brokers Association. In addition to his passion for rowing, Steve remains active in the running community, having started two different road races and completing 8 marathons. Steve holds a B.A. from Connecticut College.
