Having started in the business 25 years ago, Steve brings a great deal of expertise and knowledge to the Daum team. He specializes in land, development, owner representation and investment sales. He is a past President of NAIOP and a current board member of the Inland Empire chapter. Aside from real estate, Steve grew up in the Inland Empire and participates in many charities including The City of Hope, Walk MS and Ronald McDonald House. Steve will continue his expertise in Inland Empire institutional transactions.
