With over 28 years of tenant representation experience, Steve Barker has become an expert in crafting innovative, advantageous real estate solutions for his clients. In his role as vice chairman of the San Francisco office, Steve has provided his clients with advice and expertise in the process of acquisitions, dispositions, complex deal structuring, municipal incentive negotiations, financial analyses and lease negotiations. Steve began his career with Savills in Los Angeles as an intern during his last year at UCLA. To date, he has executed transactions valued in excess of $4 billion dollars in 25 countries, 38 cities and 19 states. As branch manager of the Bay Area offices and a member of Savills board of directors, Steve provides strategic direction and leadership and has helped the Bay Area offices become the premier tenant representation practice in the Bay Area.
