Stephen F. Baker has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 1989. A commercial broker specializing in office leasing and tenant representation, he has represented many prestigious corporations and financial institutions. Between 1988 and July 1996, Mr. Baker worked in Cushman & Wakefield’s Stamford, Connecticut office as a commercial leasing broker. Mr. Baker returned to the Stamford, Connecticut office in March 1999 after three successful years working in Cushman & Wakefield’s World Headquarters in New York City.
