Stephen Tarter is an Executive Managing Director for the New York office of Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) Alliance. He has over three decades of Manhattan commercial real estate experience and is widely acknowledged for his ability to maintain long-term relationships with the clients he represents. Prior to joining CBC Alliance, he served as a founding partner with the former Tarter Stats O’Toole commercial real estate firm.
He has been quoted as saying, “After 30 years of being a broker, I can genuinely say that every day has been different, and to different degrees. Every day has been exciting, frustrating, maddening, and adrenaline pumping, but never dull.“ He holds a law degree from the Hastings College of Law at the University of California, graduating in 1972.
