About
Stephen Filippo joined the Manhattan office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in October 2014. Mr. Filippo is responsible for securing commercial debt financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, self-storage, seniors housing and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional, and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (e.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and bridge lenders. Mr. Filippo is a graduate of the University Of Connecticut, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He has more than 10 years of commercial real estate finance experience and has closed over 450 transactions totaling over $1 billion in volume. Mr. Filippo is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, the Real Estate Board of New York, ICSC, and the Self-Storage Association.
