Stephen Stafford is the Broker of record for SDG Management LLC. and has worked in the real estate industry since 2014 focusing on investment sales primarily in the Philadelphia area and more recently in both Florida and New Jersey.
Stephen began his Stamm Development Group career as an unaffiliated real estate sales agent working with the team listing finished properties and helping to acquire properties for development in the Philadelphia area in 2016.
Stephen has assisted with the firm’s expansion into the South Florida real estate market, securing his broker’s license in that state and assisting with opening the firm’s second real estate brokerage there with plans to do the same in New Jersey and beyond.
Stephen completed his undergraduate education at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga receiving a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, graduating in 2009. Stephen was a member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity.
Stephen spent much of his younger years travelling the world and has lived in a number of different countries including Mexico, Guinea, Zambia, Romania, Tunisia, and Turkey.
