Stephen Somer is a Managing Director of Eastdil Secured L.L.C., a full service New York based real estate investment banking company. Mr. Somer has been with the company since 2003 and has been involved with the vast majority of Eastdil Secured’s Los Angeles office investment sales transactions. Currently based in Los Angeles, Mr. Somer spent three years running Eastdil Secured’s European and Middle Eastern operations in London. Prior to joining Eastdil Secured, Mr. Somer was formerly with the Real Estate Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Somer graduated from the University Southern California with a B.S. Business Administration in 1992. He is a licensed Securities Representative (Series 7 and Series 63) and a California State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Mr. Somer is a board member of the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association (LACRA), a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), founding member of The Wilshire Club and member of The Legends Club for the Genesis Open in Los Angeles.
