Stephen Schwalb serves as a Director with Newmark’s Capital Markets group in the company’s Dallas, Texas, office. As a member of the Loan Advisory Group, Schwalb focuses on secondary debt transactions on a national basis. He is responsible for evaluating, structuring and executing portfolio and stand-alone asset transactions of performing, sub-performing and non-performing loans and real estate owned properties for Newmark.
