About
Stephen Nostrand has been directly involved in commercial real estate for 45 years, but has been exposed to it all of his life as the third generation in his family to specialize in this industry. In addition, Steve's brother also owns millions of square feet of assets in Colorado. Steve has served as a lead investment sales broker, leasing broker, receiver, asset manager and expert witness. He was also a project manager and development consultant for mixed-use developments. Steve has lead and operated real estate companies with overall responsibilities for strategic direction and tactical implementation including Human Resources, financial management, recruitment, marketing and administration.
Steve has been a professor in the Master’s Program for Real Estate Development and Urbanism at the University of Miami for 13 years. He has served on the Advisory Board for the University of Denver Trustees in evaluating real estate strategies. Steve is the Finance Chairman and Board Member of the Miami Parking Authority.
