Serving with Thomas Monahan—the team’s Vice Chairman—and First Vice President Larry Schiffenhaus, Stephen offers his clients a unique value proposition. There are no junior or novice brokers on the team; and as a result, each client—whether seeking a 1,000-sq.-ft. lease or a 1-million-sq.-ft. build-to-suit project—receives the same expert and dedicated attention.
Currently, Stephen takes the lead on a significant portion of the team’s occupier representation pipeline, but also works closely with agency partners. In the past three years, Stephen has been involved in over 115 leasing and disposition transactions totaling in excess of 12 million sq. ft.
