Mr. Baird’s areas of expertise include a broad knowledge of real estate finance with experience in structuring and underwriting Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, construction and Life Company transactions throughout the Western United States. Mr. Baird began his career with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company participating in the origination of over $1.2 Billion in mortgages financed through Prudential’s General Account, CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and Bridge programs.
