Stellina Napolitano is an Associate Real Estate Broker who follows in the footsteps of her successful father Robert, the president and principal broker of Capri Jet Realty. She attained her real estate license in 2011 before pursuing a bachelor degree and her juris doctor degree from Pace Law School. Following her educational journey, she worked in various capacities of real estate. Prior to entering the world of residential sales and rentals, Stellina worked as a general counsel at a real estate management firm handling a variety of transaction matters, predominantly focusing on commercial leasing for office and retail spaces. She also worked in landlord and tenant litigation, and acted as the transfer agent for co-op closings. Her well-rounded background also includes serving as an associate attorney in Manhattan practicing real estate law and general corporate law.
