Spencer is a Director in the Los Angeles office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 4 years of industry experience. Spencer specializes in both institutional-grade and middle-market assets and developments across North America. Prior to joining HFF, Spencer was an integral part of the acquisitions team at the Bascom Group. During his tenure with HFF, he contributed to the permanent, bridge, construction, mezzanine and joint venture equity financing of industrial, multi-housing, office, retail, hospitality, single tenant, land, and data center assets totaling in excess of $3.0 billion.
