Sophia Rub is a member of the Transactional Department in the Firm’s Miami office and advises clients on legal matters connected with real estate transactions, including property sales and acquisitions, development projects and financings. She also reviews commercial leases, contracts for sale and construction, title reports and loan documents.
Beyond her real estate work, Sophia has experience representing public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions and advising them on corporate governance and other general corporate and securities matters.
Sophia attended the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. During law school, she served as the online editor for the University of Miami Law Review and as a legal intern in the University of Miami Health Rights Clinic.
