Sonny Kahn is an American businessman and co-founder of Crescent Heights, a real estate development company based in Miami Beach, Florida. He was raised in a Jewish family in Israel and emigrated to Los Angeles in 1972. He worked at various jobs before getting into real estate development and co-founded Crescent Heights in 1989 with Russell W. Galbut and Bruce Menin.
